How Letify360 works, end to end.

Forty-six seconds, drawn from the console itself: the compliance clock, a document turned into dated evidence, the rent run and its chase ladder, one repair from report to invoice, check-in beside check-out with the deposit priced from published guidance, the new Act's duties, the five sign-ins, and an assistant that proposes while a person decides. There is no sound, and every point is written out underneath.

The same story, in writing

  1. 01From tenancy agreed, the work continues.Letify360 picks up at the agreed tenancy. Reapit, Alto and Street remain pre-let systems; direct connections require configuration.
  2. 02Every date worked out from dated rules.Gas, electrics, alarms, licences, right-to-rent re-checks and England-specific tenancy duties — each with its own clock, overdue and due-soon counted for the whole portfolio.
  3. 03A document becomes dated evidence. The certificate is read, the dates and the engineer pulled out, the original file kept untouched. When the read is uncertain a person decides, and their name is stored with it.
  4. 04Rent chased in order, never by memory.A reminder prepared five days ahead, one tick to mark the money in, then first reminder, second reminder and formal escalation — each step approved by you, never sent behind your back.
  5. 05Work is a queue, not an inbox. The resident reports it, the desk sees it with a clock set at the moment it was raised, the engineer logs the visit and hours, and the invoice lands against the right property and landlord.
  6. 06Check-in beside check-out, priced from the guidance.Room by room, graded and photographed. Wear is worked out against published lifespans with the source cited — the figure is suggested, and you set the final amount under your own name.
  7. 07It prepares. A named person decides.Rent reviews with the comparable evidence a tribunal would test, possession packs assembled with the gaps listed, hazard clocks that can be raised but never quietly lowered.
  8. 08Five sign-ins. Each one sees only its own.Agency, landlord, resident, engineer and Letify360 staff — separated in the database, not just in the interface, with staff access recorded.
  9. 09Ask Letify360 answers from your records, and proposes. It calls the same authorised services your team uses, says what it read, and anything consequential waits for a person to confirm.
  10. 10Everything after the tenancy starts, in one place.Compliance and evidence first; tenancy, rent and move-out workflows through the separate Management module. Staffed services need a separate agreement.
